Not satisfied with your order?
We are committed to your satisfaction and guarantee your wine to be good. If you have a problem with your order, we absolutely want to know and we will do what it takes to make it right. Please send all concerns along with your order number by email to our customer service team at the email address service@vegansommelier.com. And don’t forget to include your phone number and the best time to call you at that number.
If you have a problem with the receipt of your order, please email us within 15 days from when you receive our shipping notice email. If you did not receive the type or vintage of wine you ordered, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can remedy the problem quickly.
Sometimes an order can have a bad bottle. If you believe the bottle of wine is bad, please put the cork back in the bottle leaving the remainder of the wine in the bottle and contact us ASAP. We can’t take back empty bottles.
If the wine is bad, we will arrange to have the wine and shipping materials picked up from you ASAP for inspection. To return the bad wine, please obtain a return authorization number by emailing us your full name, address, invoice number, as well as the phone number and time we can reach you. We’ll email you a return authorization number within two business days. Or you can also call us, and we’ll get back to you within two business days. Remember to leave your full name, address, invoice number, as well as the phone number and time we can reach you. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
Once we receive your returned wine, we will check the wine and either send out a replacement or refund your purchase price. It is important that you tell us about bad wine as soon as possible so you receive your refund or new shipment of wine quickly.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UNLESS THE WINE IS BAD OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE WINE, THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE WINE IS BAD.
